When you subscribe, I collect basic details like your email address and name (if you share it). That’s it. This is used to:

• Send blog posts and newsletters to your inbox

• Offer personalized content and updates

• Manage your free or paid subscription through Substack

That’s the full story. I don’t collect extra data or track you around the internet.

2. I Don’t Sell Your Info

Let me be clear: I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
I don’t play those games. Your inbox is sacred space, and I treat it that way.

Messy Truths & Sacred Roots is hosted on Substack, which may use cookies and analytics tools to help the platform function or improve user experience. I don’t personally track your behavior or use invasive software, but Substack may collect anonymous data like:

This site isn’t intended for children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe I’ve received info I shouldn’t have, contact me so I can remove it.

If anything changes, I’ll let you know right here. If the updates are major, I’ll send out an email. Transparency is part of the root work.
